The continuing passionate response to the High Court's 2022 decision ending the constitutional right to abortion, as well as to its 2024 end-of-term rulings on the Chevron administrative law precedent and the granting of partial immunity from prosecution to Donald Trump, illustrate that the Court is front and center in today's heated political discourse.
