disbarred Myers by consent.
Interim Suspensions Issued by the
District of Columbia Court of Appeals

In re William E. Baroni Jr. Bar No. 468687.
May 8, 2020. The D.C. Court of Appeals
vacated Baroni's previously imposed
interim suspension and dismissed the
associated disciplinary proceeding
as Baroni's criminal conviction was
overturned by the Supreme Court of
the United States.

May 6, 2020. The Board on Professional
Responsibility recommended that the
D.C. Court of Appeals disbar Myers by
consent.
