Task Force needs your help to develop the next
generation of the bar exam. The online practice
analysis survey is open to attorneys nationwide.

MYLES LYNK JOINS ODC
In August Myles Lynk, a former D.C. Bar president
and Board of Governors member, began his new
position with the Office of Disciplinary Counsel
(ODC) as senior assistant disciplinary counsel in
charge of ODC's appellate group. Read more about

Results of the survey not only will guide the task
force as it tackles the content and design of the
future bar exam to ensure it keeps pace with a
rapidly changing profession, but they will also
inform law schools, employers, and the public of
the expectations and responsibilities of newly
licensed lawyers.
