DISCIPLINARY SUMMARIES

knowingly lying to Disciplinary Counsel and
obstructing its investigation by withholding documents; Rule 8.4(c) by engaging in dishonesty,
fraud, and misrepresentation in fabricating documents and making false statements about them
to the South Korean authorities; and Rule 8.4(d)
by making false representations and submitting
fabricated documents to the South Korean court
during the criminal trial, and making false statements and failing to produce documents to
Disciplinary Counsel during the disciplinary investigation. Wilde also violated Rule 8.4(b) by violating Article 329 of the Korean Criminal Act.
Wilde stole $1,100 from another person during
a flight to South Korea, dishonestly attempted to
cover up the theft, knowingly lied to Disciplinary
Counsel and obstructed its investigation, and
gave intentionally false testimony during her
disciplinary hearing.

Disciplinary Actions Taken by the Board
on Professional Responsibility Hearing
Committees on Negotiated Discipline
In re Chidinma M. Iwuji. Bar No. 478118. July 22,
2019. The Board on Professional Responsibility's
Ad Hoc Hearing Committee recommended that
the D.C. Court of Appeals accept Iwuji's petition
for negotiated discipline and issue her a public
censure with the conditions that she (1) take three
hours of preapproved continuing legal education,
(2) complete a practice management assessment,
and (3) comply with the requirements of an
assigned practice monitor for one year for
violations of Rule 1.15(a).
In re Lawrence R. Radanovic. Bar No. 10413. July 3,
2019. The Board on Professional Responsibility's
Ad Hoc Hearing Committee recommended that

the D.C. Court of Appeals accept Radanovic's
petition for negotiated discipline and suspend
him for 30 days, fully stayed in favor of six months
of probation with conditions for violations of
Rules 1.4(b), 1.5(b), 1.7(b)(1), 1.9, and 1.16(a)(1).
The Office of Disciplinary Counsel compiled the
foregoing summaries of disciplinary actions.
