HIGH COURT HIGHLIGHTS
Counting numerous U.S. Supreme Court practitioners
among its membership, the D.C. Bar is uniquely
situated to present a lively panel discussion each
year on key decisions from the past term as well as
upcoming cases. During the Supreme Court Review
and Preview held on September 22, panelists discussed
precedents regarding the hot-button issues
of abortion, guns, and race, which are all slated for
consideration this term.
