ONLINE WELLNESS SUPPORT GROUP Free and confidential online discussion groups designed to help D.C. Bar members find support and connection during these challenging times. We meet to discuss ideas about: Depression ■ Stress and burnout ■ General and COVID anxiety ■ Other mental health issues ■ Groups meet once a week at 12 noon, via Zoom.
