FEATURE Pro Bono Partnerships Forged in Crisis By Jeremy Conrad T he District of Columbia's legal services community is as diverse and vibrant as the populations it serves, with organizations focused on a panoply of issues. Even before the COVID-19 outbreak, efforts were underway to develop partnerships that could facilitate collaboration among the numerous organizations and help people access the appropriate services more easily. Rather than breaking under the strain of the pandemic, organizations have redoubled their collaborative efforts, pivoting to ensure that their responses are coordinated, efficient, and effective while also contending with the need to deliver services remotely.
