April 12, 2019, the Supreme Court of New
Jersey reprimanded Winograd for unauthorized
practice of law and dishonesty.

In re Charles C. Agwumezie. Bar No. 990751.
February 5, 2021. The Board on Professional
Responsibility's Ad Hoc Hearing Committee
recommended that the D.C. Court of Appeals
accept Agwumezie's petition for negotiated
discipline and suspend him for three years
with fitness for violations of Rules 1.5(b), 1.7
(b)(4), 1.15(a), 8.1(b), and 8.4(d).

In re Thomas Ian Moir. Bar No. 978531.
February 19, 2021. The Board on Professional
Responsibility recommended that the D.C.
Court of Appeals disbar Moir. Moir pleaded
guilty in the United States District Court for
the District of Columbia to one count of distribution
of child pornography in violation of
18 U.S.C. § 2252(a)(2), a crime involving moral
turpitude, for which disbarment is mandatory
under D.C. Code § 11-2503(a).
In re John F. Mowery III. Bar No. 1001384.
February 1, 2021. The Board on Professional
Responsibility recommended that the D.C.
Court of Appeals disbar Mowery by consent.
