have been promoted to tenured faculty positions at Georgetown University Law Center...
Haydn Richards Jr., a partner in Bradley Arant
Boult Cummings LLP's Washington, D.C., office,
has been reelected as chair of the Industry
Advisory Council of the American Association
of Residential Mortgage Regulators... Amy L.
Edwards, a partner at Holland & Knight LLP, has
been elected a fellow in the American College
of Environmental Lawyers... The Washington
Council of Lawyers welcomed new board
members Raziya Brumfield, Deborah Cuevas

general counsel... Dean H. Cannon, former
speaker of the Florida House of Representatives,
has assumed the position of president and chief
executive officer of GrayRobinson, P.A. ... Human
rights advocate Elisa Massimino has joined
Georgetown University Law Center as the 2019-
2020 Robert F. Drinan Chair in Human Rights.
Jonah Perlin has also joined the Georgetown
Law faculty... Holtzman Vogel Josefiak
Torchinsky PLLC has welcomed Matthew S.
Petersen, former chair of the Federal Election
Commission, as a partner... Alicia O'Brien has
joined King & Spalding LLP as a partner in its

government advocacy and public policy
practice. The firm has also welcomed Sumon
Dantiki as a partner in its special matters and
