ON THE MOVE

Michael I. Sanders, a partner at Blank Rome LLP,
has been appointed to serve on the board of trustees
of the Milton S. Eisenhower Foundation, the international nonprofit continuation of the National
Advisory Commission on Civil Disorders and the
National Commission on the Causes and Prevention
of Violence... Emily Tatro has been selected to serve
as interim executive director of the Council for Court
Excellence... Cecilia Sanabria has been selected
by the Hispanic National Bar Association to receive
its 2018 HNBA Top Lawyers Under 40 Award...
Georgetown University has presented Jonathan
J. Rusch with a Silver Vicennial Medal in recognition
of his 20 years of service as an adjunct professor
of law.

Thomas Andrew O'Keefe, president of Mercosur
Consulting Group, Ltd., has written the book Bush II,
Obama, and the Decline of U.S. Hegemony in the
Western Hemisphere, published by Routledge
(an imprint of Taylor & Francis). . . Ira P. Robbins,
a professor of law at American University Washington
College of Law, has authored two recent books:
Habeas Corpus (2018) and Prisoners and the Law
(6 vols., 2018), both published by Thomson Reuters.
Professor Robbins also has written the article
"'And/Or' and the Proper Use of Legal Language,"
appearing in the Maryland Law Review (2018).
