In re Darrell N. Fuller. Bar No. 499204.
May 11, 2017. The Board on
Professional Responsibility's Ad Hoc
Hearing Committee recommends
that the D.C. Court of Appeals accept
Fuller's petition for negotiated discipline and suspend him for two years,
fully stayed in favor of two years
unsupervised probation with
requirements, for a violation of Rule
8.4(c).

Bar reprimanded Banks.
In re Paul Aaron Herman. Bar No.
1013933. On July 14, 2016, the
Supreme Court of Florida reprimanded Herman.
In re Jonathan T. Hoover. Bar No.
464040. On April 18, 2012, the
Attorney Grievance Commission
of Maryland reprimanded Hoover.
In re Helen Kaminski. Bar No. 430845.
On September 30, 2016, the
Presiding Disciplinary Judge of the
Supreme Court of Colorado publicly

censured Kaminski.
In re Intak Lee. Bar No. 381965. On
November 24, 2015, the Virginia State
Bar publicly reprimanded Lee.
In re Ronald Andre Stewart. Bar No.
490341. On July 18, 2016, the Board
of Professional Responsibility of the
Supreme Court of Tennessee
censured Stewart.
In re Russell W. Warnock. Bar No.
418808. On August 15, 2015, the
Grievance Committee of the North
Carolina State Bar censured
Warnock.
In re Charles E. Walton. Bar No.
474873. On December 22, 2009, the
Attorney Grievance Commission of
Maryland reprimanded Walton.

Call for Public Comment
The D.C. Bar Global Legal Practice Task Force is soliciting public comment on its report and
recommendations to amend certain provisions of D.C. Court of Appeals Rule 46-Admission
to the Bar ("Rule 46") that govern the admission of graduates from non-ABA approved
law schools-a category that includes graduates from foreign law schools.  Comments are
due by close of business on September 5, 2017. More information about the public
comment period and the report and recommendations of the Task Force are available at

Written comments about the proposed amendments should be submitted by e-mail to
