Yaida Ford is a trial lawyer who represents clients in condominium and HOA law, employment law, civil rights, and estate
planning matters. A passionate litigator, Ford enjoys trying cases to verdict but has also resolved cases without trial.
Ford has successfully defended condominium associations in complex litigation against some of the world's largest
financial institutions. To date, she is undefeated in commercial litigation where she represents condominium
associations who have been sued by big banks.
Ford and her legal team have represented

fraud. She has represented clients in the federal
